@DarkLustSupportBotTerms of Service
Rules for using DarkLust and purchasing internal generation credits.
Service and acceptance
DarkLust provides tools to generate images and short videos from user-provided inputs. The service is available only to adults aged 18 or older. Continuing to use the service means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Your responsibilities
You may upload only content that you own or are authorized to use and that depicts adults. You must not upload or request content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation, exploitation, illegal activity, infringement of another person's rights, or other prohibited material.
Credits, prices and payment
Paid packages add internal diamonds to your balance. Diamonds may be used only inside DarkLust for generations; they are not money, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prices and the exact package contents are shown before payment and are published on the Prices and packages page.
Delivery and refunds
Credits are added only after a payment is confirmed by the payment provider. If a generation fails due to a service-side technical error, the corresponding charge is returned automatically. Payment disputes, refunds and chargebacks are reviewed individually using transaction records and applicable payment-provider rules.
Safety, availability and changes
DarkLust may refuse, remove or restrict content and access where these terms, safety rules or applicable law are violated. The service may change features, prices or these terms; material changes are published on this page before they apply to future use.
