Scope

DarkLust is an 18+ AI media-generation service. By using the service, you agree to this policy and confirm that any reference image you submit depicts an adult and is yours to use or is used with the depicted person's authorization.

Data we process

• Telegram account identifiers, username, language and technical session data needed to provide the bot.
• Uploaded source media, selected settings, generation requests and generated results.
• Order identifiers, payment status and credited balance. DarkLust does not receive or store full bank-card details.
• Support messages and information you voluntarily send to support.
• Technical and security information, including IP address and logs where supplied by the website, hosting or payment provider.

Why we use it

We process data to operate the service, provide and secure access, complete purchases, deliver generations, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests, comply with applicable obligations, and improve reliability.

Service providers

We use service providers only where necessary: Telegram, hosting and infrastructure providers, AI-generation providers and payment providers. Each provider processes data under its own terms and technical controls. Payment-card data is processed by the payment provider, not by DarkLust.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, dispute resolution, security and legal obligations. You may use /delete_my_data in the bot or contact support to request deletion of eligible generation data. Some transaction and security records may need to be retained where required by law or to prevent fraud.
