Reporting copyright infringement

DarkLust reviews copyright complaints and may remove or restrict access to material when a notice is complete and legally valid.

What to include

• Your full legal name and a valid email address.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
• The exact DarkLust URL or URLs where the material appears.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
• A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Important notice

Incomplete notices, vague profile references, unverifiable identities, automated abuse, or false claims may be ignored. Misrepresenting infringement can create legal liability.

Counter-notifications

If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice with your contact details, the removed URL, a statement made under penalty of perjury, and your consent to the required jurisdiction.
